High Level Short Term Goals • Integrate Moldova-SEF into the national system of
state competitions• Consolidate human capacities for student
mentorship in the field of science research & innovation • Establish a bank of mentors to assist students• Create the web site to enable students & mentors
with rules & guidance, lessons learned, on-line expertise & consultancy, on-line resources, etc. • Improve the quality of the research projects by
extending the research original component & connecting them to national socio-economic needs

Objectives and Performance Indicators• The ## of student participation target: 20%
increase each year; 100% increase in 5 years • All 35 district-SEFs launched in 3 years from
now• Each district has an SEF-expert• Number of school mentors increase 5% per year • 400 teachers trained in Project Based Learning
(eventually – Inquiry & Thinking Critically w. Data, etc.) in the 1st year• We-site is live
