The following design is recommended so the connecting link can swing sufficiently when using the equipment or when stowing and/or folding in the truck body.
The connecting link must be able to move freely at an angle of 35° (minimum) in both directions of the jib extension. This is to minimize the risk of damage to the hook suspension when placing crane equip-ment in the truck body.
