The Trias®tsa post is screwed into the implants using the socket wrench
(short or long) and the torque ratchet with torque of 30 Ncm for fixed denture
prosthesis (bridges) and of 25 Ncm for complete denture prosthesis.

The Trias®tsa abutment contains an integrated damping element inside the post. Thus it guarantees optimal biomecha-
nical properties and enables an even force distribution to prosthesis, bones and inserted implants.
In this way prosthesis fractures can be considerably reduced. The transverse resilience and the 17° cone of the
Trias®tsa post allow a correction of divergence of up to 38°. The Trias®tsa abutment is designed as support for complete denture
prosthesis in the lower or upper jaw. It is available for implant diameter of 3.8 mm. As for a prosthetic bridge provision (either
implant / implant or implant / natural abutment tooth), the Trias®tsa post is alternatively available for fixed dentures.
The prosthesis can be placed both directly into the mouth of the patient and indirectly by means of impression taking and model making in
the dental lab. For that, impression posts and model analog of the Trias® implant system can be used.

The Trias®tsa female with circle snap system is placed onto the post in such way
that the internal hexagon of the Trias®tsa female matchs the post’s outer hexagon
and – using light pressure – clicks into place.
To avoid that the used cold-curing polymer flows into inverse conical spaces, rubber
dam rings are fitted over the posts and pulled to below the resilience grooves. In this
way the complete dentures remain removable.
Trias®titanium-shock-absorber
When using an already existing complete denture prosthesis, this will be ground free
at the implant positions. Then add one bead of cold-curing polymer into each present
cavity and place the prosthesis.
After completion of polymerisation, the prosthesis including the Trias®tsa females
can be removed from the posts. Now the rubber dam rings can be removed using
forceps. If needed, excess cold-curing polymer is removed.

Implant dimensions on immediate loading and immediate restoration of 2-4 interforaminally inserted implants
The Trias®tsa abutment allows an immediate restoration including an immediate loading of implants in compliance with the relevant guide-
lines. This relates, for example, to the immediate loading and immediate restoration of two implants placed in region 33/43. A diameter of at least
3.8 mm and a length of 16 mm should be given. Additionally the primary implant stability shall be at least 35 Ncm.
