Trip Distribution: The trips were assigned onto the local road network as follows:
• 23% of traffic would have an origin/destination into Coventry City Centre and are assumed to all route onto the B4110 London Road;
• 35% of traffic would have an origin/destination along the M6 corridor and to the East and West Midlands, and are assumed to route via the A46 (N) Coventry Eastern Bypass;
• 16% of traffic would have an origin/destination to the M42 and South Birmingham and area assumed to route onto the A45 Stonebridge Highway;
• 8% of traffic would have an origin/destination to Leamington Spa and would route via the A445;
