Step 1: Gather Ingredients• Meat:

– 4 Bone in Chicken Breasts • Fresh Vegetables:

– 2 Red Peppers, 2 Orange Peppers

– 2 Large Onions– 1 Bunch Cilantro– 1 Lime

• Canned Vegetables: – 2 28 Oz. Cans of whole peeled

tomatoes– 1 Can diced green chili

• Spices and Seasonings:– 2 Tubes of Lime Tree Cove

Spicy Chili Cocktail Salt– Chili Powder– Red Chili Pepper – Garlic – Olive Oil

Step 2: Prepare and Cook Chicken

• Rub chicken with Lime Tree Cove Spicy Chili Salt

• Drizzle with Olive Oil• Add fresh lime juice

from ¼ lime • Bake at 400F for 25

min. (convection oven) – Chicken should be

mostly cooked but still very moist

Step 3: Wash and Cut Vegetables

• Cut Onions and peppers into large pieces

• Separate the Cilantro into 2 parts– Chop part 1– Separate leaves

on part 2

Step 4: Sauté Onions until translucent

• Add olive oil to a large pot and sauté onions until translucent

• Add 1 clove of pressed garlic and sauté and additional minute

Step 5: Add peppers and spices to the onions

• Add peppers and green chili

• Continue Sautéing for 1-2 additional minutes

• Add spices:– 1 Tube Lime Tree Cove

Spicy Chili Salt– Red Pepper Flakes (to

taste) – you can add more spice but cannot take it out

– 1 Tsp chili powder– Chopped Cilantro

• Continue Sautéing for 1-2 additional minutes

Step 6: Add tomatoes

• Lightly chop whole peeled tomatoes by hand or in a food processor

Step 7: Cut, add chicken, and simmer

• Separate chicken from bone

• Cut into ¾” pieces

• Add to Chili

• Simmer for 1-2 hours

– 6oz Newman’s Own Limeade– 2oz Tequila– Splash Triple Sec– Splash Pineapple Juice– Ice– Fresh squeezed lime and lime

slices– Lime Tree Cove Spicy Chili Salt

• Directions:– Squeeze limes over Ice, add

limeade, and splash of pineapple juice

– Add triple sec and tequila– Shake– Wet rim with a lime slice– Rim beverage with Lime Tree Cove
