ж Refer A Friend • “Refer a Friend” programme is applicable only for courses stated under: - “YOUR PATH TO HEALTH & SAFETY PROFESSIONALISM”

• The programme and its benefits are offered at the discretion of KBAT. Participation in this Refer-A-Friend Programme is subject to its terms and conditions and is held in conjuction with KBAT’s Terms & Conditions specified in course application form. It is the applicant’s responsibility to read and understand them.

• “Refer a Friend” programme commence on 31 Jan 2011 and valid till 31 Dec 2011 unless otherwise stated.

• A referrer must have completed (and have made full-payment) a course with KBAT before he/she may refer someone.

• A referee must be a “New” student with no past training record with KBAT.

• A referrer is entitled to S$100.00 rebate* on his/her subsequent course for every successful referral.

• The eligible referrer will only be deemed as having made one (1) successful referral regardless of the number of courses the referee registers with KBAT.

• There is no limit to the number of referrals made.

• A referee must quote the referrer’s full name upon registration, only the quoted referrer will be acknowledged.

• The referrer must complete a referral form and submit to KBAT.

• A referral may not be made in retrospect.

• Upon full payment and completion of the course by the referee, the referrer will receive a value of S$100.00 rebate* off his/her next course with KBAT. *By paypal or local cheque. Full payment of course fee must be made for KBAT to rebate any delegates.

• The rebate is only redeemable on courses held in-house i.e. Singapore, Europe, Australia and not in conjunction with any KBAT’s (local/overseas) third party agents.

• KBAT will send a confirmation e-mail to notify the referrer of the successful referral.

• All successful referrals are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for any other reward.

• KBAT may withhold / refuse to honour a referral if any of the conditions have not been met or if the course of the referring or referred person is cancelled.

• The promotion is not applicable for any corporate clientele with which KBAT has an existing training provider agreement.

• A referral may not be made in retrospect.

• KBAT reserves the right to vary, modify, delete or add any of these terms and conditions from time to time at its discretion with or without notice. The terms and conditions prevail over the contents of any brochure or material advertising the “Refer A Friend” programme.

• KBAT is the final authority on the interpretation of these rules.

• KBAT reserves the right to terminate the program at any time without prior written notice.

Ф Loyalty Programme • KBA Training Centre Pte Ltd (KBAT) Loyalty Programme applicable only for courses stated under: - “YOUR PATH TO DIVING PROFESSIONALISM”

• The programme and its benefits are offered at the discretion of KBAT. Participation in this Loyalty Programme is subject to its terms and conditions and is held in conjunction with KBAT’s Terms & Conditions specified in course application form. It is the applicant’s responsibility to read and understand them.

• Applicants have to quote the Loyalty Programme “YOUR PATH TO HEALTH & SAFETY PROFESSIONALISM” and/or “YOUR PATH TO DIVING PROFESSIONALISM” in order to enjoy the discounts. Should there be an overlook from either party; discounts will not be refunded but redeemable upon signing up of the next course.

• Promotion commence on 31 Jan 2011 and valid till 31 Dec 2011 unless otherwise stated.

• Promotion is exclusive for existing/past students who have attended/completed (made full payment) on KBAT courses before he/she will be entitled the discount for his/her subsequent course.

• Discount is not applicable in retrospect.

• Discount is not applicable for course dates fall beyond 31 Dec 2011.

• Loyalty Programme discount applicable on published fee before GST.

• Promotion is only valid for courses held in-house i.e. Singapore, Europe, Australia and not in conjunction with any KBAT’s (local/overseas) third party agents.

• All discounts on the loyalty programme are non-transferable, non-cumulative, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash or any other reward items.

• All discounts are subjected to approval by KBAT.

• The promotion is not applicable for any corporate clientele with which KBAT has an existing training provider agreement.

• KBAT reserves the right to vary, modify, delete or add any of these terms and conditions from time to time at its discretion with or without notice. The terms and conditions prevail over the contents of any brochure or other promotional material advertising the Loyalty Programme.
