Yoghurt and pears cake

You will need : 1 plain yoghurt 2 pots of sugar 3 pots of flour 3 egg yolks 3 whip egg-whites to a light

mousse 1 baking powder 1 pot of oil 1 vanilla sugar packet 2 pears cut in several pieces

Put

3 pots of flour 2 pots of sugar1 plain yoghurt

Add

1 pot of oil

Then mix

Put the vanilla sugar

Add the baking powder

For this recipe, you have to separate the eggs

Whip egg-whites to a light mousse

Add the whites to the dough

Cut 2 pears in several pieces

Bake it in the oven.
