ORIFICE FLOWMETER
RDP-100 are ORIFICE FLOWMETER suitable for
the steam, the gas, and the liquid which arranged
an Orifice, DP Transmitter, and Indicator compactly.
This Flowmeter does not have a movable part and
it is preeminent for reliability and durability.
Since D.P. Transmitter is using the shock-proof
type by the object for high pressures, it is the safedesign which is equal also to severe use.
The measurement range can perform wide range
measurement or more in a maximum of 1:10.

RVF-36A-1-XBXA
When RDP-505 supply 24VDC power sources, the 4 to20mADC signal
proportional to Flow rate is outputted.
Flow rate display, Totalizing flow display, a pulse output, 4 - 20mADC output,
and the various functions method of application become possible by using
RVF-36A-1-XBXA.
In the zero point adjustment whose Flow rate uses the check and drain valve
of an output signal in zero, COM and a TEST terminal connect and use a
tester.
Since there is no Display (RVF-36A) with waterproofing structure, attachment
to the outdoors cannot be performed.
When RDP-100 supply 24VDCPower(s), 4 - 20mADC signal
proportional to diff.press. is outputted.
Flow rate display, Totalizing flow display, a pulse output, 4 -

become possible by using RVF-36A-1-XBXA.

Notes
The straight of the regular length is needed for the entrance side of Flowmeter, and an outlet side, respectively.
Straight length changes with a piping situation, existence of a valve, etc.
Keep in mind that accuracy worsens when there is no regular straight length.
Please unite the flow direction of Flowmeter, and the flow direction of fluid.
Please provide a work space for the perimeter of the place in which Flowmeter is
attached in consideration of the maintenance after attachment.
Please attach after carrying out Flushing of the piping, in case Flowmeter is at
tached after constructing new piping.
When the possibility of a freeze is in winter, please perform heat insulation disposal to Flowmeter.
Please open a valve gradually for an impact not to join Flowmeter at the time of a startup.
Removal of Flowmeter, and the notes at the time of decompositionWhen removing Flowmeter attached in piping by the bolt nut or screw connection, the pressure in piping is
perfect. Please remove after checking certainly that there is nothing and loosening a connection gradually.
While passing fluid for piping, or when pressure has joined piping, they are a bolt nut or screw connection.
Please do not remove. If it removes recklessly, there is a possibility that harm may join a human body.
Please do not perform reconstruction of Flowmeter. Please contact our company, when you check Flowmeter.
Attention of the installation direction liquid)In the case of level piping of a liquid Please attach so that
D.P.transmitter becomes a level (transverse direction).
In above or down, the case where exact measurement cannot
be performed in response to the influence of air bubbles andgarbage arises.
Attention of the installation direction steam)In the case of steamy level piping, please attach so that
D.P.transmitter becomes right under or the bottom of
slanting. When there is no space attached directly under
piping, it can install also under slanting.
