•The exact location must be defined taking mandatorily into account the requirements of hygiene, safety, public order and respecting the architectural structure of the city•It is forbidden to displace, tamper with, break or soil the municipal waste containers, as well as posting bills or written notes on if not authorized by the administration•It is forbidden to owners of vehicles to park alongside the containers for the municipal waste collection, or in a position to make the collection service impossible or difficultp• In case of new constructions it is necessary to provide special areas for the containers inside the building

It is prohibited to deposit rubble from construction work inside or outside the containers for the collection of municipal waste.The rubble should be directly delivered, by those who performed the work,The rubble should be directly delivered, by those who performed the work, to landfill or authorized crashing plants using suitable means of transport that will avoid loss and dispersion of rubble itself.
Only in case inert waste comes from small maintenance works performed directly within households, delivery is allowed in special containers located in the recycling centers or delivery stationsin the recycling centers or delivery stations.

TITLE 3 SWEEPING SERVICES AND HYGIENE OFTITLE 3: SWEEPING SERVICES AND HYGIENE OF THE SOIL – 15 articles (28 to 42)Article 30 – Obligations and prohibitions for users concerning cleansing and hygiene of the soil• For anyone who practice any kind of activity using structures placed, even temporarily, on areas or public spaces, or public use, it is mandatory to pro ide the reg lar cleaning of the occ pied land and the s rro nding spaceprovide the regular cleaning of the occupied land and the surrounding space, up to a distance not less than two meters from the place where the activity is practiced .

• In order to ensure the cleanliness of the public areas or for the public use indicated above, the service manager will install special bins, ensuring their periodic emptying and cleaning;
• These containers are dedicated exclusively to contain the tiny waste produced occasionally by users of public areas as listed above.

• It is forbidden to throw or place on public soil flyers or similar;

• When the distribution of flyers continues over time and is exercised in kiosks or other similar fixed structures, or with mobile workstations, or outdoor, operators must place in a convenient location, within the occupied space, a waste container.

Article 33 – Outdoor city local markets
• The activities of municipal waste management in the city local markets conform to the general principles laid down in this Regulation. In particular delivery and collection forms that enable the highest level of recycling, compatible with the planning of each individual market must be assured;
•The street merchants of the city local markets must gradually lay the waste produced during their activity, according to the rules identified by the service provider for each market;
•At the end of the sale, market operators should carefully sweep the area under concession and the surrounding space.

TITLE 3 SWEEPING SERVICES AND HYGIENE OFTITLE 3: SWEEPING SERVICES AND HYGIENE OF THE SOIL – 15 articles (28 to 42)
• Any citizen or group of citizens who organize events such as festivals fairs
Article 34 – Public events• Any citizen or group of citizens who organize events such as festivals, fairs, races, sporting or cultural events public or public use space are required to communicate the program of initiatives to Waste Department, with a notice of at least ten days which must be accompanied by the authorizationof at least ten days which must be accompanied by the authorization.
• The authorization must specify who is responsible for the cost resulting to dditi l t i d th th i t d tany additional waste services, and the areas they intend to use.

TITLE 3 SWEEPING SERVICES AND HYGIENE OFTITLE 3: SWEEPING SERVICES AND HYGIENE OF THE SOIL – 15 articles (28 to 42)Article 35 – Delivery and collection of animal dropping• To ensure the hygiene and protect public decency, it is compulsory for dog owners and anyone that conduct them in public spaces to be equipped with tools for the collection of urine and feces and to collect and deposit the panimal droppings in the containers of municipal waste (note 8) or in specific bins, if made available by the service provider.• The service provider arranges for the removal and disposal of the p g pexcrement of animals and the remains of domestic and wild animals placed in public or subject to public use.• Manure, including animal excrement in slaughterhouses, mud and zoo-Manure, including animal excrement in slaughterhouses, mud and zootechnical wastewater, are excluded from the collection and disposal service of municipal waste, and are considered as special waste.

In the event of non-compliance, the cleaning will be done directly by the service provider and the costs of the intervention will be compensated by the defaulting responsible personscompensated by the defaulting responsible persons.

Article 37 – Building sites on public and private areas
Businesses and/or contractors who carry out building activities and set up building sites for the construction, remake, renovation or maintenance of buildings and works in general seizing public areas or areas for public usebuildings and works in general, seizing public areas or areas for public use area, are obliged to maintain and return the area perfectly clean and free of waste.Si il i i l t th i d b b ildi it l t d tSimilar provisions apply to the areas occupied by building sites related to road works and infrastructure related works of any kind. Contractors which must require a building permit or declaration of starting of
ti iti f i t ti k hi h i l th d ti f i tactivities, performing construction works which imply the production of inert waste such as rubble, rubble, bricks, etc.., must notify to the Municipality how they will activate the removal of such waste.
