2. Thepastorandanotherchurchleaderarerequestedtobepresentinordertorepresenttheoverallchurchdirectionandtobechampionsofthedecisionsmade.
3. Eachchurchisaskedtoprovideafacilitatorwhocanguidetheteamthroughtheexercises(anoutsidefacilitatorcanbeprovidedifrequired).
4. Achurchsurveyistobetakeninthechurchandtheresultsbroughttotheworkshop.(seewebsiteforsurvey).
RefocusandResetThis isNOTa seminarora lecture,butan interactive process that guides yourmissionsteam. Each group, together with their pastor and at least one other church leader, worksthroughaseriesofstepstoevaluate,refocusandsetthedirectionofmissionsactivityintheirchurch. A seriesof creativeactivitiesdesigned to clarify the roleand responsibilitiesof themissions teamcoordinatedwiththeoverallpurposesof thechurchareworked through inaonedayworkshop.DON’TMISSOUTonthisopportunitytoorganize,enthuseandempoweryourmissionscommittee.
