Too many work hours may result in fatigue, injury, negativity, health issues, stress, productivity and effeciency issues, ruin relationships with family and friends etc.

you to work towards healthier balance – the ones that you enjoy the most

Demands change with time like growing family, change of interests in life/work etc.
