Testing This Week: We will have PSAT Testing this week. Because of this, the bells will be turned offon Wednesday, October 13. Upper School will be running an alternative schedule, however, forLower School students, please keep this in mind as you’ll need to use classroom/computer clocks todetermine when to transition students between blocks.
Sick Leave Forms: Upon return from a sick day(s), please remember to submit your sick leave form,especially during pay period weeks as we need to accurately report time. Thank you!
Adventure Crew: Students in grades 7-12 are invited to joinAdventure Crew on Saturday, October 16th for a fun day of road cycling, mountain biking, andfishing! We will spend half the day at the Little Miami Bike Trail and the second half of the dayat Jim Terrell Mountain Bike Park accompanied with fishing.
Adventure Crew is always free. Transportation to and from Fountain Square, light breakfast,lunch, and equipment is provided. For October, we'll order pizza paired with salad, chips,applesauce, and cookies.

2. We need your help! Do we have your correct phone number? Parents & Guardians, pleasetake a look in your Power School account (not your student’s account) to make sure we haveyour correct phone number. This is crucial information we need to have access to in orderto contact you in a timely manner. To receive school-recorded messages to your cell phone,please enter your cell phone number in both the home phone and cell phone fields. Thankyou!
3. Reminder! For your convenience we have an electronic absence reporting system throughour school website; [email protected]. Just hover over the ‘Contact Us’ tab andthat will take you to reporting an absence. Please only use this system to report studentabsences by 9�00am. Thank you!
4. Early Dismissal for Spencer Students: Per school policy, students will be called down forearly dismissal when the parent/guardian is physically present for pick-up. Instructionaltime is very important and we would like our students to miss as little time as possible.
a. Due to all-school student dismissal occurring from the main office, if you do have topick your child up early, please do so no later than 3�50pm. Our office staff has tohave the ability to make announcements and assist additional staff members withbus information. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
5. Change of End-of-Day transportation home: If you need to change your child from a busrider to car pick-up or vice versa, please contact the school office by phone prior to 2�30pm.This will ensure that your student will receive the change in a timely manner. A change indismissal is extremely important to us, please do not email or leave a voicemail with thisinformation. Please phone and reach a staff member to ensure the information is deliveredto your student prior to the end of the day.

CCP at Spencer: College Credit Plus (CCP) is Ohio's dual enrollment program that providesstudents in grades 7-12 the opportunity to earn college and high school credits at the sametime by taking courses from Ohio colleges or universities.
