INTRODUCTION

• The main objective of this is to make the recharging of mobile phones independent of there manufacturer and battery make.

• New reforms are now made and now reachargingcan be done when you are talking on the phone.

• This is done by the use of MICROWAVES• For the transmission of the waves special antennas

are used called SLOTTED wave guide antenna.• The whole system works at a frequency of 2.45 Ghz

TRANSMITTER DESIGN

•Magnetron is high power is high power microwave oscillator and used in microwaves ovens and radar.

•Magnetron is capable to deliver more power than reflex klystron or gunn diode

•It is set to effect the path of travel of electrons that are in trasit from cathode to anode plate.

•Detects if phone receives any message signal.• Used to charge the phone while talking.• Thus on receiving a signal the sensor circuitry directs the rectenna circuit to on & mobile starts to charging.

•A rectifying antenna is called rectenna •It converts the microwave power to the direct current (DC) power •The schottky diode microwave rectifying circuit has efficiency greater 90%
