Railroad right-of-way’s provide contiguous linear corridors between communities which may provide the ideal situation for transit expansion. These corridors are the life-blood of an established interstate commerce network for the freight railroads and shared use must be carefully implemented.

The presentation focuses on the interactions and processes involved in the implementation of the Eagle P3 FasTracks project from the perspective of the freight railroad.
