10. PRINCIPLES OF MULTPLYING MINISTRY
Friday, April 21, 2023BY REV. JASON KINYUA MWIRICHIA
A good leader knows how to delegate (Team Work) Exodus 18:13-22
As a leader you have to overcome CLERICALISM. This is where a leader is trying do the work God has called you to accomplish by yourself without the counsel of help of others.
Clericalism is placing yourself over others instead of seeing yourself as the servant of others. (Mathew 20:27-23:11)
To overcome this you have to use the principle of multiplying ministry – used by Jesus and Apostles.
Let the team help you with the work God has called you to do.
