What does a Learning Advisor do?
› Designs and delivers customised learning solutions that support the
strategic goals of the University.
› Works with managers to identify and meet the learning needs of
individuals and groups.
› Supports the University by managing organisation wide strategic
development projects.
› Supports managers in the implementation of change processes.

› Leadership in Learning and Teaching program for new academic leaders.
› Support for change processes at Cumberland campus, CIS, Nursing and Midwifery.
› Team development and strategic planning with Vet, Science, Research Office, Community Engagement, EMU, Nursing and Midwifery, Sydney College of the Arts, Engineering and IT.
› Customise and deliver the Future Research Leaders Program.
› Programs for biomedical Early Career Researchers.
› Behavioural based recruitment training.
› Design and manage an Industry Engagement program for researchers in Engineering and IT.
