PHYSICAL AGILITY TESTING The Physical Agility examination is a five part test. Failure to complete any portion of the test will result in disqualification. All applicants must score an overall minimum of 425 points to pass.

POLICE OFFICER MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS EDUCATION: High School graduate or General Education Development certificate. AGE: 21 at the time of appointment. VISION: Must be 20/100 correctable to 20/30 and free from color blindness. HEIGHT/WEIGHT: Must be in good proportion. CITIZENSHIP: Must be a citizen of the United States within 3 years of appointment or a permanent resident alien.

OFFICER TESTING The City of Pasadena conducts tests for the position of full-time Police Officer on a continuous basis based on available positions.

WRITTEN TESTING All applicants must successfully pass a written examination. The examination is a multiple choice test of approximately 100 questions, testing applicants in the areas of language skills and situational reasoning. The examination takes approximately 2 hours to complete.

Plus 30 Yard Run for Time

• 165 Pound Body Drag 32 feet

• 99 Yard Obstacle Course
