PV AnD bVAll the products you sell are assigned a Point Value (PV) and a Business Volume (BV). Monthly Performance Bonuses/Rebates** are calculated using the PV and BV you accumulate through your purchases, the purchases made by your customers, and those made by IBOs you sponsor.
You accumulate PV and BV on the products you order, as well as those ordered by your downline IBOs and customers.
PV determines your bonus/rebate percentage. The more PV you earn monthly, the higher your performance bonus/rebate schedule percentage bracket. BV determines the dollar amount that your percent of bonus/rebate is based on.
Because bonuses/rebates are calculated monthly, PV/BV accumulates only in the month it is earned. Balances are not carried forward from month to month.

Ask open-ended questions that give you more information, rather than questions that only require a ‘yes’ or ‘no’ response. An open-ended question requires the customer to give you more information rather than ‘yes’ or ‘no’. Their answers will help you find out about their concerns.
LisTen TO THe cusTOMerAsking questions is the first step; next you need to follow through by listening to your customers. Try these techniques:
• Lean forward to focus on the customer.
• Make eye contact.
• Avoid interrupting.
cOnFirM cusTOMer neeDsWhen you feel that you have recognised a need, ask more questions to confirm the need. Say things like:

Once you submit the application form, you will receive a confirmation page that displays the new iBO’s number and temporary password. A confirmation Welcome email will also be sent to the email address specified on the application form that will confirm their registration and password. At this point the iBO can log on to the Amway website and commence ordering once they view the Welcome To Amway video. They cannot order if they choose to view the online video later, however they can sponsor new iBOs at any time.
The new iBO will receive their Get Started or Get Focused Pack and their Literature Welcome Kit soon after registration.
NOW, simply choose a product delivery option – either pickup or delivered to a preferred address – and enter their credit card payment details.
FiNALLY, you’ll need to print the application form on the confirmation page, make sure it’s signed by the new iBO and return it to Amway within 30 days of registration.
