    We are pleased to announce the introduction of the Bollinger Drop Ticket, now available to all

    contracted Bollinger Group producing agents. The Bollinger Drop Ticket is an easy to use,

    multi-carrier life insurance quoting and submission program for producers. It features fast,

    accurate quoting and a short form to get the process started. No more applications to

    complete, signatures to obtain and forms to chase down. It’s simple, secure, and profitable!

    Just Quote and Drop a Ticket … It’s that easy!

    • Input some basic information about the client

    • Make a selection from the quote engine

    • Input a bit more information

    • Drop a ticket

    After that, we’ll complete all state and carrier specific forms, complete the phone interview,

    confirm the exam, obtain signatures and quality check the application before submitting to the

    carrier. We’ll manage the case until it’s in force and commissions are paid.

    Speaking of commissions, you’ll receive the same great commission levels. There is no

    compensation reduction for using the Bollinger Drop Ticket.

    Health Analyzer

    The Bollinger Drop Ticket also offers a unique interface designed to determine a client’s best

    life insurance options based on current underwriting niches. Enter some basic health

    information and take advantage of our unique Red Light, Green Light analysis! We’ll actually

    recommend which company to select (Green Light) or not to select (Red Light) and our

    reasons why!

    Needs Calculator

    Nothing new here except this calculator is simple to complete, user friendly for the client and

    accurate. Agents utilizing the Needs Calculator write 30% more premium than agents not

    utilizing this valuable tool.

  • How Drop Ticket Works for You ...

    Our call center at The Life Insurance Center (TLIC) will be responsible for completing the state

    and carrier specific Part 1 for each ticket dropped through the platform. The hours of operation

    for the call center are 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. ET, Monday-Friday.

    The ticket coming into the call center must contain, among other things:

    - Accurate Name of the insured

    - Working Phone number

    - Valid Email address

    The Calling Protocol:

    Any ticket received will be contacted within 24 hours. For tickets received on weekends and

    holidays, the contact will happen the following business day.

    If a message is left Day 1, the insured will be called daily for three consecutive business days.

    unless requested by phone or email to call back another specific day or time.

    After the three day period, the insured will be called every other day until the case has been

    with the contact center for two weeks.

    Once the case is two weeks old, The Bollinger Group will be notified by phone and email and the

    TLIC hub will be notified via status feed. The contact center will begin calling weekly until the

    case is one month old. After one month without contact from insured the case will be closed.

    TLIC hub and The Bollinger Group will be notified via email and voice mail and the case can be

    reopened at any time if the insured calls in to the contact center.

    After each message is left, the insured will also receive an email with instructions on how to

    contact the call center to complete the phone interview, this email will be sent by The Life

    Insurance Center.

    If contact is made and the insured continues to show interest, the case will not be closed until it is

    three months old from the date of the first call attempt.

    Electronic Signature Chasing Protocol:

    Request made in the phone interview and via email immediately following

    Three email follow ups in seven days following application delivery

    Two phone follow ups in seven days following application delivery

    Two weeks provided for return of electronically signed documents

    Q. What makes the Bollinger Drop Ticket Program different from the iGO Drop

    Ticket Program?

    A. That’s a great question. The main difference is that the Bollinger Group’s Drop Ticket

    Program utilizes the services of The Life Insurance Center. The highly qualified employees at

    TLIC have been providing drop ticket services for more than 6 years and follow a strict

    protocol. The iGO Drop Ticket Program follows a different protocol. When the agent drops

    the ticket, it goes directly to the carrier’s call center system. So, based upon which company

    you and your client select, and the number of apps you drop, you could be dealing with

    multiple call centers, each potentially functioning under a different set of rules.

    Q. What Products are available on the Bollinger Drop Ticket Program?

    A. Term, ROP Term, Guaranteed Universal Life, Final Expense, Universal Life, Whole

    Life

    Q. What is the protocol followed by the Life Insurance Center?

    A. Once you Sign In (Register) at Bollinger.DropTicket.com, we’ll send you a username and a

    password. We’ll also send you the protocol followed by TLIC and your Bollinger Group Case

    Managers. You’ll find TLIC’s protocol extremely timely and user friendly for everyone.

    Q. Does the Health Analyzer really work?

    A. As compared to more complicated and hard to complete programs, the Health Analyzer is

    quite simple to complete and accurate. In fact, it’s not necessary to complete the entire form

    to get quality results. For Example, if you only know your client’s height and weight, the

    Health Analyzer will direct you to those companies that offer a more liberal height and

    weight chart. Of course, the more accurate information you input, the more accurate Green

    Lights will appear.

  • Q. What happens if I get all Red Lights?

    A. If you get all Red Lights, call your Bollinger Group Sales Vice President. He’ll get

    the necessary medical history of your client and utilize our Quick Quote or Informal

    Submission Program. These programs have been tremendously successful. In fact, in

    2013, we paid for 75% of our submitted term and target premium, well above the industry

    average. If your client is insurable, we’ll find the best coverage.

    Q. What does it cost me to utilize the Bollinger Drop Ticket Program?

    A. Absolutely nothing! Although there is a cost to the Bollinger Group to use this

    exceptional technology, we will not charge our agency force. Our Unique Selling Proposition is

    quite simple: Better Relationships Start Here. By providing our concierge level of service and

    equipping our agency force with the latest technological tools, we sincerely believe that our

    partnership with you will sustain over many years, affording success to you, our valued agent

    and the Bollinger Group alike.

    Q. Are there any premium restrictions?

    A.Because we are bearing the entire cost of the program, we ask that premiums below $500

    be submitted through the respective company’s drop program. We will, however, allow you to

    complete all information on our Drop Ticket Platform and Bollinger Group Case Managers will

    input these low premium cases for you. Bottom line, you can still use the Drop ticket Platform

    and we’ll take it from there.

    Q. Can I call the Life Insurance Center while I’m with my client?

    A. Yes, if you choose to call TLIC when you’re with the client and complete the process while

    at the appointment, you may do so at 1-855-376-7845 . Although TLIC employees are usually

    available between the hours of 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. ET, it is possible that a call back may be

    required.
