No one comes tothe Father except through me. 7

Heaven has been on my mind lately. Maybe it's because I've heard ofmany deaths recently and have been attending more wakes andfunerals than usual. Or it could be because my Dad's birthday iscoming up very soon and he will be spending it in Heaven for the fourthyear. Whatever the reason, it seems that thoughts of Heaven havebeen close in thought recently.

Do you ever think about Heaven? I always seem to have morequestions than answers. Will we know each other? What will we do forall of eternity? What age will I be? These are all "earthly" questions,which most likely won't be important once we are in Heaven. The moreimportant question is, how do you get to Heaven? Thomas asked thatvery same question. Jesus' answer is as true for us as it was forThomas. Jesus said, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No onecomes to the Father except through me." Notice, Jesus didn't say hewas one of many ways to Heaven, He said He is THE WAY.

So, for the final question, will I see you in Heaven? Do you believeJesus is your Savior and the only way to salvation? I know it's what youwere taught when you attended St. Peter. It's really the most importantthing your teachers, principals and pastors ever taught you. We will
