Complete all Courses listed in your open Learning Plans.
Check back weekly to ensure you stay on top of all training requirements.

Learning Plans contain courses that all
Team Members are required to
complete before their On The Job
Induction.
Click on ‘Welcome to Ritchies’ to begin.
These are the courses in the Learning Plan – click on the title to launch the course.
Shows your progress
as
• Completed
• In Progress
• Not Started
Press ‘Start Learning Now’
to launch the course
When the course has been
successfully completed you can
download your certificate!
Search for
‘Go.Learn’
and
download.
