• Conferences will be taking place on December 3rd and 4th.

• Report cards are aligned with the district and state curriculum standards. They reflect the standards using the following ratings:

• 4 Exceptional. Stretches and goes beyond.

• 3 Meets standards (of a hard working student)

• 2 Approaches standards• 1 Performs below standards

Homework

• With the exception of daily Everyday Math, comes home weekly.

• Weekly homework is due each Friday by 9:30am (turned in by the student!). Must be turned in to attend structured Choice Time on Friday.

• Students get two homework excuse pass for the year.

• Includes reading and reading comprehension log, lasting no more than 20 minutes.

• All assignments support skills taught in class.
