• Leadership qualities shown throughout high school and college
Promotional Opportunity
• Based on your performance, you may be promoted to Assistant Manager in 12 to 24 months; Followed by promotion to store manager
• As a manager you become eligible to participate in a bonus program
• Performance appraisals every 90 days with opportunities for salary increases up to 6% of your base
