rate for a hotel is the published full price for which hotel
rooms are sold and is not necessarily indicative of the current
market rate.
Cruises: Brochure rate for the cabin plus airfare add-ons
offered by the cruise line in the brochure.
Ground Transportation: Unless specifically stated otherwise, no
ground transportation is included in any package. The winning
bidders are required to secure and pay for ground transportation
from airports to hotels, airports to cruise ships, hotels to
included attractions or tours, etc.

items are available for these select items.
TAX DEDUCTABILITYAccording to IRS Rules and Regulations, the
only tax deduction for the purchase of auction items from
non-profit organizations is the amount paid in excess of fair
market value. We suggest that you contact your tax professional to

auction unless it is for the Guaranteed Maximum Purchase Price. If
the bid is for a Guaranteed Maximum Purchase item, the bid will be
placed 30 minutes after the start of the auction provided that the
item has not been purchased by another attendee at the event. The
delay of placing the proxy bid provides attending guests an
opportunity to bid on all auction items.
AIRFARE UPGRADESThe airfare upgrade in the program is based on a
two-category plane (coach class and first class). If a plane with
three categories (coach, business and first class) is utilized for
the flight, the upgrade will be to the next highest level of
