About the companyThe company SKRAW-MECH is one of the three companies belonging
Pojazdy Szynowe PESA Bydgoszcz SA Holding, the most robustly developing producer of rail vehicles in Poland.
The Mechanical Plant SKRAW-MECH was established in 2000 by merger of two previously existing companies

RAMECH (Mechanical Plant)
That merger aimed at increasing the company’s competiveness in the Polish market and expanding the group of foreign customers.

ServicesMechanical Plant Skraw-Mech offers a wide range of services, starting with laser cutting, through bending with the CNC press brake to welded steel constructions.
Many years of experience and high quality of our products won us a strong position in the Polish and international markets. Since the very beginning we have been producing for the Polish, German, French and Scandinavian markets.
In August 2003 we received the ISO 9001 : 2000 certificate, and in 2009 we implemented the IRIS system, confirming our quality policy and proving our commitment to continuous improvement for benefit of our Customers.
Cutting and bending servicesOur machine pool includes the cutting-edge machines for laser cutting from the company Trumpf. Those machines allow significant reduction of working time, as well as saving of material, thus reducing costs of production of an item.
Lasers from the company Trumpf are used to burn components of planar metal sheets.
Our lasers have the following advantages:high power and stabilitygood efficiencyoptimum intensity of power distribution across the beam
They ensure high flexibility of laser cutting: extensive possibilities for processing metal sheets of various thicknessconstruction steel of up to 25 mmhigh-grade stainless steel of up to 20 mmaluminium of up to 12 mm
Steel bending:
For precise steel bending we use a digitally controlled press brake. The TruBend press brake of the series 5230 belongs to high-capacity presses.
Welded constructionsBy combining new technologies with highly specialised personnel, ZM Skraw-Mech provides services and manufactures products of the highest quality.
Modern welding equipment allows us welding of aluminium, acid-resistant steel and black steel with TIG, MAG, MIG methods. Additionally, our machine pool includes a fully robotised station of one of the leading European companies – IGM.
We guarantee a comprehensive and efficient services, and thus we won a high position in the market.
Machining servicesThe company ZM Skraw-Mech provides services of milling, turning and grinding on digitally controlled and on conventional machines.
We have 3 CNC turning centres, 4 CNC milling centres and conventional lathes, milling machines and grinders.
At our plant we also provide machining of large parts. Using our extensive experience we offer large size steel constructions of weight up to 16 tonnes.
At our disposal we have the following machines: conventional – Waldrich Coburg CNC - Vision Wide
