Wedding Terms & ConditionsDeposit & Payment Structure
1. A provisional reservation will be held for 14 days, after which a contract and a non – refundable deposit of £1000 2. 25% of the total contracted revenue is due 12 months prior to the event date3. 50% of the total contracted revenue is due 6 months prior to the event date4. 25% of the total contracted revenue is due 1 months prior to the event date5. Payment of any outstanding balance is due 2 weeks prior to the event date
The above will be calculated based on your contracted projected revenue. The final balance will be calculated after your final details meeting with your wedding co-ordinator.
Minimum Numbers
Minimum numbers requirement for each package is based on adult guests only.
During the months of May to Sept, our Friday/Saturday per person pricing applies for a Sunday Wedding and minimum numbers during this period for a Sunday is 80 adult guests.
During the months of July and August our Friday/Saturday per person pricing applies for a Thursday Wedding and minimum numbers during this period for a Thursday is 80 adult guests.
During the month of December Friday/Saturday per person pricing plus minimum numbers of 100 adult day guests apply across every weekend as well as dates between Christmas & New Year including 26th, 27th, 28th, 29th, 30th Dec. Hogmanay pricing will also differ dependent on numbers.
Evening guests
2019The Vital Spark & The Pledging Stone Packages
Additional evening guests attending your wedding will charged at £15 per person to include a drink on arrival and buffet included in the chosen package.
The Brigadier & The Earl of Mar Packages
Additional evening guests attending your wedding will charged at £22 per person to include a drink on arrival and buffet included in the chosen package.
2020The Vital Spark & The Pledging Stone Packages
Additional evening guests attending your wedding will charged at £18 per person to include a drink on arrival and buffet included in the chosen package.
The Brigadier & The Earl of Mar Packages
Additional evening guests attending your wedding will charged at £25 per person to include a drink on arrival and buffet included in the chosen package.
Prices
All weddings are tailor made and prices may be subject to review at any time without prior notice or notification by the hotel.
Menu Tasting
All package weddings are entitled to a menu tasting of two starters, mains and desserts. Menu tastings must be booked in advance and can take place Monday – Thursday.
