WEB 2.0 SECOND LIFE LEARNER´S PERSPECTIVE TRAINER´S PERSPECTIVE SCHOOL/TRAINING PROVIDER´S PERSPECTIVE Web 2.0 tools can be used in every field of inial and connous training. Starng with primary educaon, secondary educaon and voca- onal training, up to specific segments of adult educaon such as language learning, markeng courses or expert areas such as traffic psychology. This poster demonstrates variety of web 2.0 and their usage within educaon. Web 2.0 does not replace the trainer, they form an extension of trainers mind, hand and creavity. The demand to handle the stream of innovaon related to new media and tech- nologies is a burden upon the head of many teachers. Let´s také this presure away from the teachers. Web 2.0 do not require the teacher to know all their funcons into details. Knowing the principles of their funcons is enough for their incorporaon into everyday teaching roune. It´s the students who are supposed to explore, as new media are their language and they manage them as intuively as they breathe. The role of innovators in educaon is to mediate this fact to trainers movang them to pass the control over the technology and it´s funconing to the students, monitoring the didacc aspects and quality of feedback only. Geng to know virtual world and it´s opportunies, the educators tend to be equally curious and scepcal. What is it good for, shall we replace real life classes with virtual ones? Teaching in virtual worlds requires a completely different approach towards teaching, in order to make the best of the possibilies of virtual worlds, teachers need to undergo a specific training that requires certain movaon and under- standing of ICT. One the other hand, having managed the risks described above, virtual classroom opens new horizons for teaching of mino- rity groups such as mothers on maternity leave, physically disabled people or seniors with mobility problems or adults living in distant count- ryside areas, etc. Unlike a broadly shared stereotype of unrealisc nature of virtual experience, the research carried out in virtual worlds describes the opposite. Experience gained in virtual worlds related acvies is perceived as very realisc on both mental and physical level- s.Trainers themselves state following: „Experiencing places and acvies in virtual worlds is the second best way of learning aſter vising those places in real life. Thinking about learning in virtual Mekka, China, Paris or Hogwarts, one understands why virtual world becomes the very best way, as the majority of educators will never be capable of offer a similar variety to their students in real life enviroments.
