Lunge Walk Crawl like a soldier, commando style! • Lie down on your tummy. • Move opposite limbs at the same time to pull yourself along the ground, e.g. right leg and left arm and left leg and right arm. • Keep your upper body upright but the rest of your body flat to the ground. • Move while dribbling with a ball at your feet. • Control the ball with lots of light taps, keeping it close to your feet. • Try to use the inside and outside of both feet. • Remember to look up! • Can you put down some objects on the ground to make a course to dribble through?
