KUALA LUMPUR-JOHORE BAHRU EXPRESSWAY) (AMENDMENT) (NO. 2) ORDER 2014 IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Federal Roads (Private
Management) Act 1984 [Act 306], the Minister makes the following order:
Citation and commencement
1. (1) This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (Private Management)
(Collection of Tolls) (Juru-Jalan Duta-Bukit Raja Expressway, North South
Expressway Central Link and Kuala Lumpur-Johore Bahru Expressway)
(Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2014.
(2) This Order comes into operation on 25 January 2014.
Amendment of paragraph 2
2. The Federal Roads (Private Management) (Collection of Tolls) (Juru-Jalan Duta-
Bukit Raja Expressway, North South Expressway Central Link and Kuala Lumpur-Johore
Bahru Expressway) Order 2002 [P.U. (A) 171/2002], which is referred to as the
“principal Order” in this Order, is amended—
(a) in subparagraph 2(1)—
(i) in the English language text, by substituting for the words “Third A
Schedule” the words “Third Schedule A”; and
(ii) by substituting for the words “Third Schedule A” the words “Third
Schedule B”; and
(b) in subsubparagraph 2(2)(a)—

Amendment of Third A Schedule
