WHO ARE WE?We are 28 people service engineers, sales, business administration, 2 placed in Varna, 1 in Plovdiv and 1 in Pleven the rest of us are based in Sofia (Siemens building) including Todor and Stanislava who are managing the Healthineers’ team. The last hired member of Customer Services was Simona – 7 months ago and he is doing just great at Customer Call Center (CCC) ! First hired - the core service engineering team as called Customer Services is working at Siemens for more than 20 years! It seems it is a good place to work, isn’t it? So, come join us!

THE EXPERIENCEPrevious experience as Customer Service Engineer in field of medical equipments and systems will be considered as advantage. Educated to Degree level at Technical Education like : Medical Technique, Automation, Electronics, as well as fluency in English and Driving license. Proficient in the use of tools and service test equipment with strong customer service and communication skills. Must be able to work both individually and in an established team setting.

THE PERSONALITYHighly self-motivated and nice as general

THE JOB- Maintain highest customer satisfaction, in particular within the framework of Siemens

Healthcare, Customer Services- Perform installations, start-ups, maintenance, repairs and updates of all products within his area

of expertise and assisting with other products under supervision- Working with a sense of urgency to minimize customer downtime- Ensure the proper use of tools and test equipments - Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs

and internal service records in a timely manner.
