At Camden UNISON’s AGM on 7 March over 150 members voted to launch an indicave ballot for industrial acon with the aim of ge ng the Council to either withdraw or improve the new contracts, dubbed “pay modernisaon”. Nobody voted against.
Camden UNISON is asking you to vote YES. Please be aware that this is not an official strike ballot, which would only follow at a later date. later date.
There have been no formal talks with management since last summer. We need a decisive vote for industrial acon to bring them back to the negoang table.
If we don’t resist these cuts to our pay and condions now, it will be an open invitaon to slash Council spending sll further at our expense.
