Attention! Cut the cable tie. Be

careful with the angle sensor.

Attention! The angle sensor must be refitted

first.

Attention! Use a magnetic screwdriver and

tighten the 2 screws in place.

Refit the PSG5 EPM

Scew the driver to the pump

Screw the PSG5 EPM to the pump

Please make sure the insulation of the wires is not damaged. Repair with

supplied heatshrink tubing

Strip the wires

Prepare wires for soldering with solder sleeve by sliding them in each other in the solder sleeve

Solder the wires by heating the solder sleeve with a heat gun or

reduced (yellow) flame

Solder the wires by heating the solder sleeve with a heat gun or

reduced (yellow) flame

Make sure the wires are connected correctly and

solder connections are good (check by pulling).

plugs are located on each side of the pump.

The plugs can be loosened with a hex

key

During assembly It is necessary to fill the pump

with fuel, if air is trapped the engine won’t start. Fuel can be

fed through the plug.
