    SPECIFICATIONS :-

    ENTRANCE LOUNGE:-

    Each Block shall have a luxuriously furnished Entrance Lounge in the ground floorwith granite / vitrified flooring.

    CORRIDORS:-

    Every floor shall have Ceramic Flooring /Granite Finish.

    STRUCTURE:-

    RCC framed structure with 6 Solid Block Masonry for the External Walls and 4Solid Block Masonry for the Internal Walls.

    PLASTERING:-

    External walls and Lobby walls shall be of Cement Plaster.

    The Entrance door shall be of Mahogany wooden Frames with Both Side Polished

    Veneered Shutters fitted with good Quality Locks and Hardware Fittings.

    Bedroom doors shall be of Sal/ Mahogany wooden Frames with moulded doors.

    WINDOWS:-

    Bedrooms shall have Glazed Sliding 2 track UPVC Windows with out Grills.

    Living/Dining shall have Glazed Sliding 2 track UPVC French Windows without Grills.

    Kitchen Utility windows of 2 track UPVC windows with out Grills.

    PAINTING:-

    Internal walls shall be finished with Plastic Emulsion Paint over Putty.

    Ceiling shall be finished with Oil Based Distemper over Putty.
