Who We Are? The Utah Worksite Wellness Council is a partnership of organizations with the singular purpose of learning how to build effective worksite wellness programs and methods that lead to sustainable lifestyle change for employees. So many employers are working hard to improve the health and well-being of their employees and their organizations, but are doing so in isolation. UWWC is an opportunity for employers to come together, learn from each other, share experiences, and figure out what works in their industries. UWWC is open to all businesses interested in concrete solutions to improve the health of their employees and enhance the performance of their organizations. Each year the Utah Worksite Wellness Council hosts a conference for professionals seeking to develop, engage, and promote corporate wellness programs. The conference brings together professionals from the human resource and wellness industry to discuss and brainstorm successful corporate wellness programs. The UWWC conference has a reputation in the corporate wellness community as an industry specific conference with over 200 attending participants from Utah and surrounding areas. Conference DetailsWe are excited to offer a full 2-day conference to attendees. Exhibitors will be present on both days.During the conference, exhibitors will be set up just outside of the breakout rooms. Attendees will be given 15minutes between sessions to meet with exhibitors. To encourage attendees to interact with exhibitors, attendeescan have Exhibitor Cards signed off at each exhibitor station. Attendees can then submit cards for raffle prizes.Each exhibitor is required to donate a gift (worth up to $50) to support the Exhibitor Card Raffle.

Frequently Asked QuestionsHow many representatives from my company can come? One representative from each sponsor or exhibitor company may attendee the conference. Additional representatives may attend for $75. In our attempt to be financially well we do ask that exhibitors/sponsors strictly respect this limit as unexpected attendees have significant impact on conference expenses. The cost for additional representatives is just enough to cover food expenses.
If I purchase a sponsorship level which includes a flyer in participant bags when should I have printed materials delivered to UWWC for bag stuffing? Please have printed materials delivered to UWWC no later than May 1st so they can be included in participant bags.
Can I send items for display to the location prior? Yes. Exhibitor setup will begin on the evening of Tuesday, May 19th from 6-8pm. Exhibitor setup will also be available from 7-8 am Wednesday, May20th. Attendees will begin arriving at 8:00 am.
Can I leave my display items overnight? Yes. For more information about this, please email [email protected] Attn: Exhibitors
Can I set up my exhibitor table prior to conference? Yes. Exhibitor registration begins at 7:00am on May 20th and exhibitors may set up then.
Is there access to power at my booth location? Potentially. You can request power for your booth when registering as an exhibitor.
Are there linens on the table? Yes. White linens are provided on all of the exhibitor tables.
Are exhibitor tables assigned? No. Since we do not have vendors pay additional for “prime” location, exhibitor table locations are first come, first serve.
Can I bring our raffle prize to the conference or have it delivered ahead of time?Either works fine for us, so do whichever is easiest for you.
