Dashboardthefirstfrontpagewecanseewhenwe(users)areloggedin.Inthedashboard,wecanseemanythingsliketypology,houselocation,creatingnewprojectsandrecentprojects.

Wecanseewhichtypologyisusedandprojectcounts.

b. HouseLocation

Here the location of housing is shown through amap, sowe can see overall projectlocationinonemap.

c. CreateNewProject

Byclickingoncreateanewprojectwe(user)cancreateanewproject(constructionofanothernewhousing).EnteringtocreateanewprojectthemodalboxappearsboxwherewecanchooseanyoftheoptionhousetypologywithAttic,withoutattic,woodenband,SMM-Stonein

mudMortar,SMCStoneincementmortar,HCK-HollowConcreteBlock,BMC-BrickinCementMortar,tworoomswithoutveranda,tworoomsveranda,fourroomsetc.Andwealsoneedtowritethedetailsoftheclient(houseowner)info.Selectprovince,Clientname,Address,contactnumberandwealsoneedtochoosethelocationwhereweareplanningtoconstructthehouseandselectnexttoaddanewproject.

Afterclickingonthenextbutton,thereappearsascreenwhichshowshousedimensionsdetails.Thereweneedtoupdatethedetaileddimensionsofthehouselengthinfeetandinch.

Enteringallhousedimensionstherecomesasecondoptioni.eCostTypeherearetwooptionsdefaultandcustom.Inthedefaultoption,thereisacostwhichismentionedbytheadminthemself-accordingtothedistrict.Anotheroptioniscustomincustomoptionthementionedcostofmaterialwhichisgoingtobeusedwhileconstructionalsoincludesitstransportationcost.Afterclickingonthecustomoptionthereappearsamodalboxwhich shows all the rate values are zero.Nowwe should enter the actual rate.Aftermaking the cost type selection there another thingneeds tobe filledup is select thevendorlocationonmap.Vendorlocationisonlyseenwhenwechosecosttypeasdefault.After that finally click on submit button. It will create project and will show all thecalculation,housedetails,transportationcostetc.

d. RecentProject

Inrecentprojects,wecanseetheprojectwecreatedbefore,housingmodeltype,clientinformation.Toknowaboutmoredetails,wemustclickonviewdetails.Clickingtheeditsection,wecaneditprojectdetails.Andifwewouldliketodeletetheprojectwecanclickonthedeleteoption.

Clickingonviewdetailswecanseealltheestimatedcost,houseinformation,constructionmaterialcost,housedimensions,transportationcostsummaryandcontribution.ClientInformation:name,contactnumber,location,estimatecostareshowninpiechartwhicharerepresentedbydifferentcolorslikepinkcolorrepresentmanpower,yellowrepresenttransportation,andalsocostismentionedonthesamewaybelowthepiechart

Inconstructionmaterial,wecanseewhatmaterialwillbeusedandtheircostwhileconstructionofahouse.

Onleftsideofthemodalboxi.e.besideConstructionMaterialCostthereusandoptionfor“SeeAllDetails|RateList|BOQ”afterclickingonitthereappearsanothermodelboxwherewecanseealltheconstructioncostdetails,marketrateforthematerialwhichisgoingtobeusedwhileconstructionofthehouseandalso,wecanupdateourratelistofusedmaterials.

Transportationcostsummaryconsistsoftotalconstructionmaterial,totaldistanceandtotalcostcharged.Accordingtomaterialweightanddistance,travelrateiscalculated.Andthemapshowingthelocationwherethehousingisgoingtobebuiltandfromwheretheconstructionmaterialcoming.Onthatbasis,itcalculatesthetotaltransportationcost.

Changingthenameoreditingtheuser'sprofilecanbedonebyclickingonprofilesettings.Totalnumberofclientsandprojectsarealsoshown.Hereweeditname,emailaddressandchoosephotoofuserandaftercompletingeditingwemustclickonupdateoption.
