Client Log In Screen • Access your account

via the website which is password protected

• Enter group number, user name and password

• Password issued via L&Z, can be changed internally

New Customer Account

New Account Set Up

• Second screen to add customer’s details to update L&Z database

• System generates welcome letter to customer

• Electronic file submitted to set up direct debit instruction

• Report emailed to client for confirmation of new accounts

Account Editions

• Access to edit customer’s profile

• Access to all customer’s transactions (collections and failures)

Edit / Modify Account

• Enter new details, click submit to update L&Z database

Adding A Continuous Authority (CA)

• Click on the Add a New Continuous Authority

• This then takes you through to the CA Creation Wizard screen where it gives you 5 different options for collecting money from your Customers

• Choose which collection of payment option you require and click on the “Go” link then complete the date, amount and period sections as required. Click on Confirm. Your CA is now Active.

CA Added onto Customer Acct Profile• Once you have clicked on the confirm button, the

screen will then automatically go back to the customers account information page and at the bottom there will be a grid that displays the CA Ref for the collection you have just created.

Client Invoice

• Sample copy of invoice to client for one months transactions

• PDF available via website to download and or print, of all charges.

Collection File• Bespoke file converted to

Excel with collection values and collection date

• Excel saved as a CSV file and uploaded through L&Z suite for processing

Billing File Upload

• Bespoke files and Customer Billing Template update to suite for processing

• With each file a receipt is given

CSV Upload Creation Facility• This is a new application that generates a CSV file, which when

uploaded into your accountancy package will update your customers Sales Ledger accounts with all collected amounts or any associated failures

• Works with all SAGE Accountancy Packages and any similar accountancy packages that support CSV importation

• Importing Data via CSV provides an efficient and accurate solution in terms of transferring data from one database to another
