The tabs contain options to select data to export from orders.Order export contains invoices, shipments and etc. You canskip some data if you don’t need it.

History tab contains all export history to control export pro-
cess. You can check every exporting with full details (down-
load the le exported and see the list of the exported orders).
Please note that export process can take up to several min-utes due to the large number of orders. You can control theprogress of export and cancel it.
4. Confguring importHow to fnd: System > Import/Export > Aitoc Order Import
The extension checks data structure beforeimporting.
“Store View” dropdown helpsyou to import into the certain
store.Usually Magento installationshave different set of customerIDs and product IDs. The exten-sion matches customers by e-mail addresses and products bySKU.
The extension can create cus-tomers’ accounts based on “Bill-ing Information” from theirorders.
Import logic:1. Append Complex Data.Import will be processed if orde-rID is not present in the system.2. Replace existing complex data.Import will be processed foreach order. If you import the
orders with OrderIDs that al-ready present in the system theexisting order will be replaced byimported orders.3. Delete entities.
All Orders with orderIDs in im-port le will be deleted

The extension supports importing in XML format. XMLle is a preferred type for order migration betweendifferent Magento versions.

The extension supports importing orders in CSVformat..Please note that CSV les may have various for -mats. For example you can open le in MicrosoftExcel and then save it in other format without
any changes. As a result you get the le with newdata structure. The CVS le should be edited inplain text editor.
