Our CEO, Dr. Terry Heng, has 40+ years experience in the semiconductor and telecommunications industries.

Prior to founding UniqueSoft, he established and oversaw Motorola's Software Center of Excellence, with 7500 Software Engineers in 22 global locations operating at SEI Level 5.

Dr. Heng's early work with SEI led to formation of CMMI levels for software development process excellence. He is an advisor to corporations, universities and municipalities worldwide, and sits on advisory boards at three major universities.
