Two implants in a free ending situation

Eight months after extraction, two implants were planned for site 19 & 20. CBCT imaging was performed with the patient wearing the VPS impression during the scan, so the tissue is readily visible on the cross sectional view. Because the contour of the cast is similar as the contour on the scan, the pertinent date can easily be transferred to the cast for the fabrication of the 3D Click Guide.
