HOW WE AGE?WE ALL HAVE A CLOCK OF TIME THAT DETERMINES HOW OLD WE GET.
Every human cell divides regularly and after around 60-80 divisions they die. The telomeres have a significant role in this process. Placed at the end of the DNA they protect the DNA at each division process from damage.
Every division process shortens them and when they shorten below the critical length, the cell damage and death is inevitable.

HOW WE AGE FASTER AND HOW WE GET ILL?THERE ARE SEVERAL FACTORS THAT EVEN ACCELERATE THE SHORTENING OF OUR TELOMERES AND WITH THAT OUR SPEED OF AGING.
OXIDATIVE STRESS PRODUCED THROUGH FREE RADICALS
Free radicals are mainly produced through external factors like: smoking, alcohol consumption, environmental pollution and chronicle stress. However – the main source of the free radicals are the (aging) mitochondria in our cells. These reactive oxygen species free radicals cause severe cell damage. The accumulation of these damages leads to functional losses, aging, illnesses and finally to death!
LOW THRESHOLD INFLAMMATIONS
Caused by Pro-inflammatory Cytokines that is produced from mouth and teeth inflammations as well as from nutritional or body fat. These negative factors shorten our telomeres and with that damage, our cells age faster. We grow older faster, get ill quicker and finally, die earlier!
