Climbing speed to noiseabatement initiation point shall be at least V2 + 10 KT.At or above 830' Adjust and maintain engine power/thrust in accordance with
noise abatement power/thrust scheduleTake-off flapsV2 + 10 to 20 KT
At 3030' Accelerate smoothly to enroute climb speed with flaps/slatsretraction on schedule.
3.2. OTHER INFORMATION3.2.1. DATALINK DEPARTURE CLEARANCE (DCL)
Pilot sends a departure clearance request (RCD: Request for Clearance delivery)25 min before the start-up time taking into account the take-off time slot, if any.If the pilot accepts the content of the departure clearance, he will send to theground system, as soon as possible, the acknowledge message (CDA: ClearanceDelivery Acknowledge) including the whole content of the departure clearancereceived on-board.If the pilot cannot accept the content of the departure clearance received, he willthen contact the controller through VHF voice channel and will continue the departureclearance request using the same mean.In case of not receiving the departure clearance within 5 min of the request the pilotwill contact the controller through VHF voice channel and will continue the departureclearance request procedure using the same mean.If the ground system does not receive the acknowledgement message for thetransmitted clearance within 3 min after the departure clearance has beentransmitted, or if an invalid message is received, the ground system inform the pilotto contact the controller through VHF voice channel and will continue the departureclearance request procedure using the same mean.
