data. The data will be further processed according to the operations of TSA/SA.

Two types of BCA School Administrators(BCA系統學校管理員 )

Separate sets of login ID and password, with different access privileges.

TSA School Administrator (login ID: TSAxxxx), for managing TSA related data (e.g. register students who will sit for the TSA).

SA School Administrator, for managing SA related data (e.g. student groups, teacher administration/upload).

Shared managing several common functions (e.g. student batch upload).

Internet bandwidth recommendation (40 students)：- downlink: 6M

- uplink: 1M

Remarks:

Schools shall also take other systems (that require internet access) into account for the bandwidth procurement.

Chinese(繁體中文 ) support.- IE 6.0 or 7.0 web browser.- Text editor with unicode support (e.g

Windows notepad supports UTF-8).- Adobe PDF reader.- Other: Adobe flash player (9.0 or above),

software with JPG/TIF/GIF support, MS Word, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint.

Recommended practices for school

administrators ： Keep the student data updated as

required. Release (退學)the students who have

changed to another school. Change the administrator passwords

regularly.
