Trisakti University was established and legalized by Indonesian Government on November 29th, 1965 refer to the Minister of Higher Education and Science Decree number 014/dar/1965 signed by the Minister, dr. Syarief Thayeb.Trisakti University has developed very fast, consists of nine (9) faculties and Gradu-ates Program. It contains of 47 study programs i.e.: 23 undergraduate programs, 3 professional programs, 12 graduates program, 1 specialization program, 2 doctoral program, and 6 diploma programs (Diploma III and Diploma IV).

VISION

To become an internationally recognized university that is committed to preserving local values in developing the science, technology, arts and culture to enhance the quality of life and empower the civil society

MISSION

1. To provide graduates with strong character, independence, and entrepreneurial spirit, through the implementation of Three Duties which are based on the spirit of Trisakti.

2. To enhance human resources capacity in mastering science, technology, arts and culture as part of scientific community and bringing environmental insights for sustainable development

3. To advance and develop science and technology to meet the international stand-ard, while guarding the arts and culture with the values of honor of Trisakti Uni-versity.

LOCATION

The main campus located in the middle of city, in Grogol, West Jakarta. Since it located in the center of Jakarta city which is the center of government and econom-ics activities, therefore Trisakti University is expected to be the change agents and drives the regional and national development, with also give real contribution to the local government as well as the community in the surrounding area.Location of Trisakti University :

INTERNATIONAL CLASS PROGRAM

Trisakti University consistently works together with universities abroad to run a variety of educational programs, development of science and research. Some of these include: student exchange programs, exchange of lecturers / guest lecturers in the organizing academic activities, credit transfers, joint re-searches, organizing joint scientific meetings, and dual degree programs.

The International Class program offered by the Faculty of Economics Tri-sakti University is delivered in English. The curriculum, learning process, etc. are designed to meet the “International Academic Culture” which is based on international education system. Students who attend this program should have good academic performance, fluent in English, and high motivation.

International Class offers: Trisakti International Program, Dual Degree (2+2 and 3+1), Student Exchange (1 semester or 1 year), and Short Course (3 months or 1 semester) as follows:

Trisakti International Program offers the Economic bachelor degree (SE) and certificate of International Class which requires TOEFL 550/IELTS 6.5 (in-ternational standard).

Dual Degree Program (2+2 and 3+1) offers dual degree of bachelor degree from Trisakti University and university partner for four years duration of study. The partner universities are:

Students Exchange Program is one semester or one year study in InHolland University, Diemen, the Netherlands, and Kofi Annan Business School, Utre-cht, the Netherlands.
