Di sekolah miskin, pendanaan sering kali dibebankan kepada kepala sekolah.

Pemilik yayasan menggunakan uang yayasan untuk keperluan pribadi. Kondisi ini yang

mengakibatkan sekolah berjalan tidak sehat.

Poor facilities

“Sekolah-Sekolah Terlantar”, yaitu sekolah dengan bangunan yang rusak berat dan tidak

dapat dijadikan sebagai jaminan tempat belajar.

Visi dan misi hanya sebatas angan-angan.

Bekerja keras menghadapi perubahan, namun sering kali kesulitan menjaga komitmen dan

kebersamaan.

komunikasi secara benar. Sayang, kebanyakan sekolah miskin sudah lebih dulu terkena mental blok yang parah, sehingga
