How it works...

Practicing Perfection®

TRAIN-the-TRAINER

The Practicing Perfection® TRAIN-the-TRAINER process involves a full

week of learning plus pre-work.

You will complete the full Human Performance LEADERSHIP™ learning

experience and the Human Performance MASTERS Program™. You

will then join your prospective fellow facilitators for the remainder of the

week– immersed in HOW to become a MASTER INFLUENCER in the

classroom.

Training, Certification, and Qualification

Practicing Perfection®

TRAIN-the-TRAINER

LEADERSHIP™, the Human Performance MASTERS Program™, and

Practicing Perfection® TRAIN-the-TRAINER- you will be eligible to

QUALIFY.

Once you have successfully completed your training- Human Performance

Qualification involves facilitating an

entire HU BASIC Training™ session

(usually within your organization) to

the satisfaction of your PPI Mentor.

authorizing you to facilitate HU BASIC Training™ Courses within your

organization for the subsequent two years.

Once QUALIFIED, you will be awarded the professional designation of

“Practicing Perfection® Facilitator” (PPF), and will be granted a license,
