Rotative encoders.Highly accurate path and angular measurements.Path, orientation, angle - an encoder is unbeatable when precise position determination is required in industrial automation. The same applies for rotations and r.p.m., speed and acceleration. Utilising the principle of photoelectrical scanning of optical reference patterns, the resolution properties of these sensors are in the micrometre range for path measurement and within a range of a few thousandths of a degree for angular measurement. Simple tasks can be handled like child’s play.

1- EGV Gas Valve :- The EGV series valves are zero differential valve series and mainly for gas application, with a wide range for thread sizes from 1/8” to 4” for valves, this EMC solenoid valvess are also supportive for different working pressure, working temperature, and working mediums.

EQ series pneumatic valve :- completely pneumatical. There's a pneumatic cylinder on the valve body and control the valve on/off. The valve body is big with orifice size 22mm and 50mm, and we only have 2 thread sizes for the valve, 2-1/8" and 2-1/4".

SLP series DIN type :- SLP series solenoid valves support high working pressure 1.3 MPa, which is much higher than normal 0.8Mpa. From 1/8” to 2”, SLP valves now has a complete range of sizes for your options, including brass valve and stainless steel valve, both of SS valve and brass valve can be normal close valve and normal open valve, applicable for many kind of medium like air, gas, water, hot water, liquid, etc. Very popular around the world wide fluid control system.

FV/FX series Cylinder :- pneumatic cylinders are manufactured according to ISO6431 standard, VDMA24562 standard and DIN24335 standard. We have two types Square type and Mickey Mouse type, normal bore size from 32mm to 100mm.

Compact Cylinder : SQ/SD series compact pneumatic cylinders are manufactured according to Asia standard, with bore size from 12mm to 100mm.

ISO6432 mini cylinder :- I series mini pneumatic cylinders are manufactured according to ISO6432 standard and CETOP RP52P standard, with bore size from 12mm to 40mm.

V Series cylinder: pneumatic cylinders are manufactured according to ISO6431 standard and VDMA24562 standard. We have two types Tie-rod type and Mickey Mouse type, normal bore size from 32mm to 200mm.

Pneumatic Grippers : E.MC pneumatics & hydraulics provides two types grippers - The SHZ2 series is a standard type parallel air gripper. A linear guide provides high rigidity and high accuracy. SHZ2 can operate under higher pressure even at a larger holding point and overhang. High degree of mounting precision is achieved and mounting repeatability is improved.

1) CENTRAL CONTROL UNIT FOR LABELLING MACHINES :-

The most advanced control system for labelling machines with stepper motors. With the support of solid mechanics and an adequate motor, it can attain speeds of 100 metres per minute, and a frequency of over 1000 operations a minute. Manufactured using SMD technology, it is based on a 16/32-bit microprocessor that can manage up to 12 optically-shielded PNP or NPN inputs and 10 NPN Open Collector + 2 relay outputs.

2 )Input and Output card with LCD screen

WR TAST 222 interfaces with the operator via a keypad and a backlit, alphanumeric LCD display with 2 rows of 20 characters. A maintenance menu allows the configuration of the machine and the set up of the 40 formats available, while a user menu allows ordinary adjustments during operation.

3 ) SYNCHRO CARD :

WR synchro card which consists of a frequency/voltage converter whose output drives 6 voltage/frequency converters. It is therefore possible to generate a frequency or voltage signal in connection with an input signal which may be a frequency one, as for an encoder signal, or a D.C. voltage one (from 0 to 10 V d.c.), as for an input from a three-phase motor inverter, or simply from an external potentiometer.4 ) Stepper motor driver :WRECO cards are the most cost-effective solution for the control of labelling machines with stepper motors, particularly suitable for speeds of up to 25 metres per minute. Both power and operating logic components are housed on a single card, thus offering an extremely compact solution.

5) Stepper motor driver with clock board : WRECO fast cards are allows the use of an 8A driver, operating speeds of up to 40 metres per minute can be attained even for widths of up to 200mm.
