Other Notable Activities, Initiatives and/or Projects 1) Presented Arbor Day Proclamation at the October 23, 2018, City Commission meeting. 2) Conducted interviews for the following positions: Strategic Planning Manager, Business Tax Receipt
Inspector, Zoning Technician and Landscape Inspector. 3) Coordinated transition of Public Art Program to the newly created Cultural Arts Department began. 4) Participated on Selection and Evaluation Committee for RLI E-31-18, General Comprehensive Plan
Update. 5) Department staff attended the 10th Annual Southeast Florida Climate Leadership Summit. 6) Director attended the SGR 4th Dimension Servant Leadership training. 7) Department staff created, and continues to maintain, an interactive web map that identifies all site
plan and rezoning applications that have been submitted for consideration. The map is hosted on the Planning & Zoning Division webpage. The map illustrates where the project is proposed in the City, provides a brief description of the proposal and identifies the staff contact that may be more familiar with the details.
