Agentic Thinking

1. Social cognition perspective that views people as self-organizing, proactive, self-reflecting and self-regulating, not just as reactive organisms shaped by environmental forces or driven by inner impulses.

2. The capacity for human beings to make choices in the world.

It’s human agency...

2

Agentic is not just a group of smart developers. We’re creative technologists that solve problems!   We have deep experience in the social change sector.

- Phillip Djwa, Creative Director

If my company was the same as yours, I’d say:

• We can’t compete locally – have to increase markets

• We are small and nimble companies

• We fight time zone issues

• We under invest in Innovation

• Create jobs with self-

control of time for increase of women in mgmt & increase in satisfaction (M+F)

• We don’t have a good pipeline for people

• Entrepreneur driven companies – are frankly, hard on mgmt
