Of the 67 STR Included Franchised Hotels, 34 hotels or 50.7% achieved an average occupancy rate equal to or greater than 74.1%; 32 hotels or 47.8% achieved an average daily room rate equal to or greater than $183.55; 31 hotels or 46.3% achieved or exceeded the average RevPAR of $136.08; and 37 hotels or 55.2% achieved an average RevPAR Index equal to or greater than 110.1.
