The Vape Summit Policies
NO MINORSAbsolutely no minors or children under the age of eighteen (18) will be allowed to enter The Vape Summit Trade Show or other related events. All attendees may be subject to proper age verification, and only valid, acceptable identification may be used for verification. This policy applies to all persons on-site, including but not limited to exhibitors, staff, buyers, industry affiliates, or other attendees.
AUTHORIZED SOLICITATION ONLYNo solicitation by unauthorized personnel will be tolerated at the event. Only exhibitors, sponsors, affiliates and other authorized entities which have completed the appropriate documentation and other requirements will be allowed to sell, promote, display, or otherwise solicit attendees of the event.
NO SUITCASING/OUTBOARDINGIn order to protect our valued exhibitors and their investment in attending The Vape Summit, our rules strictly prohibit solicitation, “suitcasing” or “outboarding” by attendees who transact business at the show or in Vape Summit Show hotels and do NOT have exhibit booths.Suitcasing refers to those non-exhibiting companies or persons who go to shows as an attendee but “work the aisles” from their suitcase (briefcase) and solicit business in the aisles or lobby area.Outboarding refers to non-exhibiting companies that set up exhibits at off-site locations — hotel hospitality suites or restaurants — and encourage show attendees to leave the show floor and spend time with them.

The Vape Summit Policies
NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR BEVERAGEContracted venues or locations may have exclusive providers of all food and beverage, and all exhibitors, sponsors, attendees, and other entities may be subject to existing policies set forth by such venues or locations. No outside food and beverage is allowed in to venues contracted by The Vape Summit without approval of the governing body/authority of the venue or location.
NO ANIMALS POLICYService animals specifically trained to aid a disabled person are allowed to enter. Proper service animal attire and paperwork may be required.
PUBLIC NOTICE OF FILMING AND CONSENTBy entering the event area, attendees, exhibitors, sponsors, affiliates, partners and all other entities agree to consent to be filmed, photographed, and recorded. Authorized use of any and all material obtained from the event is subject to written approval by The Vape Summit and may require additional waivers or agreements for use. Additionally, other entities capturing film, photography, and/or other media from the event grant use to The Vape Summit. More information regarding this policy will be posted appropriately at the event entrances.
Notice of Proposed Filming
NO THROWING OF HAZARDOUS MATERIALNo dangerous items may be thrown, including but not limited to glass bottles, mods, hard items, or anything else that may pose a liability. Please inquire with The Vape Summit Staff to verify any giveaways. THIS POLICY WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED.

APPEARANCE/AESTHETICS OF EXHIBITS SUBJECT TO APPROVALExhibitor booth displays are subject to final approval by The Vape Summit. Exhibitors are encouraged to provide aesthetically pleasing displays, as presentation will impact selections for future events.
NOISE LEVELS WILL BE MONITORED AND CONTROLLEDThroughout the event, noise levels from each exhibitor will be monitored. We ask that common courtesy be extended to your neighbors, so that business may be conducted. We do acknowledge that certain exhibits generate traffic via megaphones and other devices, so please coordinate with our team to ensure that we can find a right fit for your programming, in a manner that does not disrupt other exhibitors.
AUTHORIZED USE OF LOGO AND/OR LICENSINGWhile we are privileged with customized and collaborative products with The Vape Summit logo, we require that exhibitors, sponsors, affiliates, partners, and other entities obtain written authorization prior to use of our logo. Any unauthorized use may be subject to appropriate recourse.

NO COUNTERFEITS/CLONES MAY BE SOLD OR DISPLAYEDOut of respect to the Exhibitors displaying their authentic work at our show, we are enforcing a NO CLONES POLICY. While attendees may bring the products of their choice to the event, we are PROHIBTING the promotion, display, or sale (retail or wholesale) of clones at our event. We believe in preserving and protecting the hard work and innovation that authentic creators place into their products, and we do not condone the production or sale of counterfeit products that seek to profit from the hard work of others. VIOLATORS OF THIS POLICY WILL BE EJECTED FROM THE EVENT WITH NO REFUNDS, FORFEITURE OF THEIR DEPOSIT, AND NO LONGER BE WELCOME AT VAPE SUMMIT EVENTS.

NO MARKETING TO MINORSBrands and companies with logos, trademarks, practices, and/or other related business activities that are geared towards or perceived to be marketing or promoting to minors and/or children under the age of eighteen (18) will NOT be permitted to participate, attend, exhibit or be associated with The Vape Summit. Any questionable aesthetics, branding, or other marketing practices utilized at The Vape Summit Trade Show is subject to review and/or approval by The Vape Summit. Violations of this policy may result in denial of application, eviction of exhibitor, staff, attendee, and/or other persons from the event and future events. For further clarification or evaluation on this matter, please feel to contact The Vape Summit.
NO COPYRIGHT/TRADEMARK INFRINGEMENTCopyright or Trademark Infringement will not be tolerated at The Vape Summit. Companies, brands, and/or other business entities that infringe upon existing trademarks and/or copyrights will not be allowed to participate or be associated with The Vape Summit trade show and/or other related events. Applicants will be subject to review and evaluation of their existing logos, branding, and other business practices may be subject to providing written acknowledgment of their ability to utilize their marks.
FINAL AUTHORITY Policies, procedures, and other protocol may be subject to change. The Vape Summit reserves the right to final authority governing The Vape Summit Trade Show and other related events.
